I'm a client at XD and Coach El is one of the best trainers in the area. He really pushes you and gets you out of your comfort zone so you can be a better player. We also have fun while we work and all of us players build a family type relationship.

Bobby Alford is my son he loves XD. I love the way coach keeps it real with the players. He holds them accountable and he really gets the best out of his players.
My experience with Coach El and XD has not only made me a much better player, but a better person too. Coach El will do nothing but get the best out of you!
The XD training program is top rate. My daughter is a 7th grader that started training with Coach El a few months ago and her skill level has already grown exponentially. Coach El has a unique way to push her and expect the most while also praising her and building her confidence. I am excited to see Josie's future in basketball training with the XD program!
